Eligibility & Registration

One Account Policy
Each individual player may hold only one registered account on 333bat at any given time. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. Any duplicate accounts identified by 333bat will be closed without notice, and balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be voided in their entirety.
Accurate Personal Information
All information submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and current. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. 333bat may request supporting documentation to verify any detail at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, balance review, and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonuses.
Jurisdiction Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 333bat Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. 333bat makes no representation that the Service is available or appropriate for use in all locations. Players who access the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
Account Security & Credentials
Responsibility for Credentials
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 333bat username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether you personally authorised it — is your responsibility. 333bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Reporting Unauthorised Access
If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 333bat immediately at [email protected]. Upon receiving your report, 333bat will take reasonable steps to secure your account, which may include temporarily suspending access pending investigation. 333bat accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to receipt of a valid notification.
Phishing and Social Engineering
333bat will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your account password, PIN, or full payment card details. If you receive any such communication purporting to be from 333bat, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately. Do not click links in unsolicited messages claiming to originate from 333bat.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
333bat currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are settled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit threshold is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 333bat reserves the right to amend accepted payment methods, minimum thresholds, and processing times at any time with reasonable notice.
Own-Name Payments Only
All deposit and withdrawal methods registered on your 333bat account must be held in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account registered in another person's name — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit will be reversed to its source and the relevant account may be suspended pending a full review. This policy exists to protect players and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed within one (1) to three (3) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days. 333bat may require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, where the account has not previously made a withdrawal, or where automated fraud detection systems have flagged the request. 333bat reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that fail AML or Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.
Currency and Conversion
All player balances on 333bat are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 333bat does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT deposits or withdrawals. Any conversion fees applied by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) are outside 333bat's control and are your responsibility to understand before transacting.
Fraud Warning: Depositing funds with the intent to exploit bonuses, exploit system errors, engage in matched betting on a single platform, or launder proceeds of any kind is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be engaged in such activity will be immediately suspended, and all associated balances will be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

General Bonus Conditions
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 333bat are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply: bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. 333bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Bonus Abuse
Players who, in 333bat's reasonable determination, abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, systematically hedging bonus wagers, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended. 333bat employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse patterns.
Seasonal and Market-Specific Promotions
333bat may offer promotions tied to specific sporting events (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC fixtures), local calendar occasions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day), or casino game launches. Each such promotion will carry its own set of eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit requirements, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before opting into any promotion.
Betting & Gaming Rules
Bet Acceptance
333bat reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including without reason being provided to the player. Bets are not accepted until a confirmation reference number has been issued by the platform. In the event of a system error or technical failure that results in a bet being recorded incorrectly, 333bat reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account.
Palpable Errors in Odds
If a bet is placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, due to a data feed failure, incorrect manual entry, or a decimal point error — 333bat reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake, regardless of the outcome. A "palpable error" is one that a reasonable person would recognise as an obvious mistake given the prevailing market context. 333bat's decision on palpable errors is final.
Match and Event Results
The outcome of sports betting markets is determined by 333bat based on official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) or by recognised data providers. For cricket markets, the result used is the official match result at the time of completion of play, including any DLS adjustments. In the event of a dispute regarding an official result, 333bat's decision following review of available evidence is final and binding.
Casino Game Integrity
All casino games available on 333bat are sourced from certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Service Availability
333bat strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party payment provider outages, and events beyond 333bat's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, and regulatory actions) may result in temporary unavailability. 333bat is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — incurred as a direct result of platform unavailability.
Limitation on Financial Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333bat's total liability to any player in connection with the Service — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 333bat account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 333bat is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
Third-Party Game Studio Responsibility
Casino games and live dealer tables are provided by independent third-party studios. While 333bat selects only certified partners, the operation, RNG certification, and technical delivery of game content remain the responsibility of the respective studio. 333bat is not liable for game malfunctions, server errors, or connectivity issues originating within a third-party game environment. In the event of a confirmed game malfunction, affected bets may be voided at 333bat's discretion.
Account Closure & Termination
Closure by Player
Players may request closure of their 333bat account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline. Account closure does not affect any obligations that have already arisen under this Agreement, including any investigation into suspected fraud or bonus abuse.
Closure by 333bat
333bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) suspected fraud, collusion, or match-fixing; (c) failure to complete identity or age verification within a specified timeframe; (d) the player becoming subject to a self-exclusion order; or (e) any activity that 333bat reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of suspension, the player will be notified via their registered email address and given an opportunity to respond.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of an account for any reason, all pending bonus balances will be voided. Real-money balances held at the time of termination will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided that no fraud investigation is pending. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or material breach, 333bat reserves the right to withhold the account balance in full pending the outcome of any investigation or legal process.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333bat is registered and operates. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulation varies between jurisdictions, and it is their responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and 333bat, you should first contact the support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of the issue and any supporting evidence. 333bat will acknowledge receipt within two (2) BST business days and aims to provide a full written response within ten (10) BST business days. If the matter cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under procedures to be agreed in writing. All dispute communications must be conducted in English.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
